Best of all, the apartments were remodeled with the sole goal of creating the best home for every student’s lifestyle, providing a balance of fun and studying. Many students have said the Stone on 30th is the hidden gem of off-campus housing!
The property is located a block and a half north of USC. This private 6-unit complex has four large apartments with 3-4 bedrooms each and two 1-bedroom houses, one with an office space. This huge private courtyard patio is a great space to hang out in with other students, has wonderful energy, and includes a gas barbecue. With a kind, creative, and respectful community, the Stone on 30th offers more than just living spaces—it's a vibrant space where creativity can flourish and students gather to connect and inspire each other.

First, please fill out a leasing inquiry under the “contact us” section or call us at 424-436-5967! From here, you will meet with our leasing manager, who can answer any and all questions you may have. The leasing manager will provide you with all leasing documents, including a student application and a parental guarantee. The parental guarantee must be completely filled out and notarized before you send it back. Once all documents are completed and you’ve met with the owner and you’ve been approved, you send in your deposit. Once all documents and the deposit has been received, you are ready to sign your lease!

The property is a security building and is located in the safest area of USC because it is within the DPS and CSC-protected 2-mile perimeter. Each apartment has two different entrances, a front door and side door, and only current tenants have access to the main entry doors and gates. In addition, we have 24-hour surveillance cameras that are visible around the entire property!

We encourage students to come in ready with their roommates, but we are happy to assist in finding you roommates. Please note that we only lease to groups and sign a group lease, not individual.

The owner pays for water and sanitation. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, and internet.

There are absolutely no pets allowed, including visiting pets.

We have a beautiful patio area equipped with a BBQ and dining table that is perfect for you and your friends! In addition, we have onsite laundry, which is app operated!

All tenants sign a house rules document that states quiet hours are from 10 PM-8 AM on weekdays and 11 PM-9 AM on weekends. All our tenants are respectful and we never have any noise issues.

Yes. You pay through the CSC phone app where you can pay with a credit/debit card. With how small our community is, you will never have to wait for laundry!
